Sign-up agreement.

1. Customer details

When you sign up, we record the following on your copy of the agreement.

You choose one plan.

Both plans include USD 100 in AI tokens per month (equal to 27 million tokens), the full suite of app connectors, and pre-packaged solutions for finance, marketing, sales and operations.

3. Terms

1. Term and automatic renewal. The subscription starts on the Start Date and renews automatically every month on the same day until cancelled under term 3.
2. Fees. Fees are billed monthly in advance and due on receipt. Fees exclude taxes, which Customer pays where applicable. Unused FDE hours and tokens do not carry over to the next month.
3. Cancellation. Either party may cancel by giving at least one (1) month’s written notice (email is enough). The subscription ends at the end of that notice period, and fees remain payable through it.
4. Plan changes. Customer may move between Base and Premium by written notice; the change takes effect from the next billing date.
5. Customer data. Customer owns its data. AT20 uses it only to provide the services, keeps it confidential, and deletes or returns it on request after the subscription ends.
6. Customer responsibilities. Customer gives AT20 the app access the services need and approves any customer-facing automation before it goes live.
7. Liability. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Each party’s total liability is capped at the fees paid in the three months before the claim.
8. Entire agreement. This agreement is the whole agreement between the parties about the services and replaces any earlier understanding. It is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

4. Signatures

By signing, each party agrees to this agreement. Customer and AT20 AI Inc. each sign with name, title and date.
